Starbucks Fall Menu 2026: Pumpkin Spice Latte, New Drinks, Prices & Full Menu

- The fall menu went live on 25 August 2026, announced three weeks earlier on 3 August. Counting hot and iced versions separately, there are 15 seasonal drinks on the live menu.
- Five are new: the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, Iced Banana Bread Latte and Iced Banana Bread Chai, plus the new Chaider.
- Starbucks does not publish a dollar price for any drink. Its own product pages carry calories and cup sizes and then say ‘Select a store to view availability’; the ordering path asks you to sign in before showing a price.
- It does publish one price nationally, and it is not in dollars. The Pumpkin Spice Latte and the Chaider are both 200-Star items in Starbucks Rewards, which is the same tier as its other handcrafted drinks.
- The Chaider is iced only. There is no hot version on the menu, which is worth knowing before you order a drink Starbucks describes as cosy and cider-inspired.
The fall menu is live, and the one thing it does not come with is a price. Starbucks brought the Pumpkin Spice Latte back on 25 August 2026 alongside 15 seasonal drinks in total, 7 of them new. What its own website will not tell you, anywhere, is what any of them costs.
That is not an oversight, and there is a workaround. But it does mean every “PSL price” headline you have seen is either one store’s number or someone’s estimate.
When does the Starbucks fall menu 2026 come out?
It came out on 25 August 2026. Starbucks announced the date three weeks ahead, on 3 August, and the drinks appeared on its menu on the day. The grocery-aisle versions — the bottled Pumpkin Spice Latte, the pumpkin creamers, the Doubleshot Energy Pumpkin Spice — were already on shelves before the cafe launch.
What is on the Starbucks fall menu 2026?
Fifteen drinks, counting hot and iced versions separately. Eight are pumpkin, three are pecan, three are banana bread and one is the new Chaider.

| Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte | Iced | Returning |

| Iced Chaider | Iced | New |
Every one of those was on Starbucks’ own menu on launch day. Each product page also carries “Select a store to view availability”, so treat the national list as what exists rather than what your branch has.
The split is worth noticing. Pumpkin is still more than half the seasonal list on its own, and the pecan and banana lines together account for the rest — which is Starbucks hedging its most famous flavour with two others rather than replacing it. The banana pair is the tell: it is the only part of the fall launch the company says will outlast the season.
Which drinks are new this year?
Six, if you count the Chaider separately from the pumpkin additions. The new pumpkin drinks are the Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, the Pumpkin Spice Chai and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha. The two banana bread drinks — the Iced Banana Bread Latte and the Iced Banana Bread Chai — are also new, and Starbucks says they stay on the menu beyond the fall season rather than leaving with the pumpkin.
The pecan trio is a return rather than a debut: the Pecan Crunch Latte, its iced version and the Pecan Cortado.
How much does the Pumpkin Spice Latte cost?
Starbucks does not say. Its product page for the Pumpkin Spice Latte lists 390 calories for a Grande, four cup sizes from Short 8 fl oz to Venti 20 fl oz, every milk option and every topping — and no price. In its place is a button reading “Select a store to view availability”.
Follow that through to the ordering flow and it asks you to sign in. There is no public page on starbucks.com that will show you the price of a drink, in any market, without an account and a chosen store. That is a deliberate design: Starbucks prices by store, so a single national number does not exist to publish.
Is there any price Starbucks does publish?
Yes, and it is in Stars. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is a 200-Star item in Starbucks Rewards, and so is the new Chaider. That figure is national, it is printed on the product page, and it does not vary by store the way dollars do.
It is the one number in this article you can rely on without walking into a shop, and it answers a question the dollar price cannot: whether the seasonal drinks are a premium. They are not, in Stars. We checked an ordinary Caffè Latte as a control and it is also a 200-Star item, so redeeming a Pumpkin Spice Latte costs exactly what redeeming a plain latte costs.
That is a genuinely useful asymmetry. In dollars a seasonal drink usually carries a surcharge over the base espresso drink; in Stars it does not. If you have been saving Stars for the fall menu, the PSL is one of the better-value redemptions on it — and the Chaider, at the same 200 Stars for a drink Starbucks lists at only 90 calories in a Grande, is the same tier again.
How do you find the price at your store?
Open the Starbucks app or the site, set your store, then look at the item. The price only renders once a store is attached to the session, and what you get is that store’s price rather than a regional average.
This is worth doing rather than trusting a number from anywhere else, because the whole reason Starbucks cannot publish one is that its stores do not share a price. Company-operated and licensed stores — the ones inside airports, hotels, supermarkets and campuses — are run on different terms, and neither the company nor anyone else publishes a list reconciling them.
If you want to compare before you go, the practical route is to set the store in the app, add the drink to an order and read the total without placing it. That is also the only way to price a customisation: an extra shot, an alternative milk or an added cold foam each move the total, and none of those figures appear on the public menu either.
Is the Chaider hot or iced?
Iced only. Starbucks describes the Chaider as a cosy, cider-inspired twist on chai for fall, which reads like a hot drink; the menu has no hot version. It runs Tall 12 fl oz to Trenta 30 fl oz and shows 90 calories for a Grande, which makes it one of the lighter drinks on the seasonal list.
We checked that rather than assuming it from an absence. The hot path for the Chaider’s product id renders the same empty signature as a product id we invented, while a real hot drink renders a heading and a calorie count.
What food is on the fall menu?
Three items, two of them new. The new Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket is toasted whole wheat lavash, 20 g protein. The new Hedgehog Cake Pop is vanilla cake and buttercream, chocolaty icing. The returning Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is spiced pumpkin muffin with cream cheese filling and spiced pepitas.
The protein pocket is the one that does not fit the seasonal theme, and that is the point of it: it is a savoury, 20-gram-protein item on a menu otherwise built from pumpkin and buttercream, aimed at the customer who wants lunch rather than dessert.
There is also merchandise — a PSL Society collection of new drinkware and a hat — and the grocery range, which reached shelves before the cafes did. It is the same pattern throughout the launch: Starbucks will tell you precisely what is in every item, and not what any of it costs.
