Palworld 1.0 Solenne Guide: World Tree Location, Catching Tips, and Breeding

Key takeaways
  • Solenne is a new Palworld 1.0 Pal — Paldeck #182, a Dark/Neutral humanoid found only in the endgame World Tree region, not on the base Palpagos map. It spawns both day and night around Level 76-78.
  • There are no datamined map coordinates for it, so this guide routes you by landmark: fast-travel into the World Tree, head to Lacrymal Shoal, then follow the river downstream to the west. It’s a normal catchable field Pal (with Alpha and Boss variants), not a tower or raid boss.
  • Solenne is Dark/Neutral, so it’s weak to Dragon — bring Dragon attackers (Jetragon, Jormuntide, Astegon, Shaolong) to drop its HP before you throw high-tier spheres.
  • It IS breedable: it hatches from a Large Dark Egg (breeding rank 280). Confirmed pairs include Dupin × Shaolong, Dupin × Panthalus, Dandilord × Faleris and Flaracle × Jormuntide Ignis; the route map and breeding network below lay it all out.

If you’ve hit the Palworld 1.0 endgame and spotted a striking black-and-white humanoid in the World Tree, that’s Solenne — Paldeck #182, a new Dark/Neutral Pal you won’t find anywhere on the old Palpagos map. This guide covers exactly where it spawns, how to catch it without wasting a stack of spheres, and every breeding combo that hatches one. One honest caveat up front: its exact map coordinates aren’t datamined yet, so we route you there by landmark rather than pretending to know a pin nobody has.

Where to find Solenne in the World Tree

Solenne is World-Tree-exclusive. It does not spawn on the base Palpagos Islands map — only inside the new 1.0 World Tree region, which you unlock by finishing the Panthalus quest chain (see our Panthalus guide for that gate). Once you’re in, it appears both day and night — the datamined spawn table shows roughly equal daytime and nighttime counts, so you don’t need to wait for a specific time of day.

Landmark route schematic for reaching wild Solenne in the Palworld 1.0 World Tree: unlock the region via the Panthalus quest, fast-travel to a World Tree node, head to Lacrymal Shoal, then follow the river downstream to the west where Solenne roams at Level 76-78. Labelled ’not to scale, no in-game coordinates’ because none are datamined.

Here’s the part most guides get wrong: there are no exact coordinates for Solenne. The datamine only exposes region-level spawn counts, and community maps show zero pins for it. So instead of a fake (X, Y), navigate by landmark:

Solenne is a normal catchable field Pal, so alongside the standard spawns you’ll also run into its Alpha and Boss overworld variants, just like any other field Pal — it is not a tower boss, raid boss, or legendary/unique.

How to catch Solenne

Solenne sits at Level 76-78, so this is an endgame catch — come over-levelled and lean on its weakness:

  • It’s Dark/Neutral, which means it’s weak to Dragon. Bring a strong Dragon attacker — Jetragon, Jormuntide, Astegon, or Shaolong are the usual picks — and chip its HP down into the red before you throw anything.
  • Throw high-tier spheres. At this level you’ll want Hyper, Ultra, or Legendary spheres; lower tiers just bounce and waste the setup.
  • Status helps. Landing a status effect (stun/freeze) narrows the escape window on a high-level target like this.
  • Mind the variant. If you’re facing the Alpha or Boss version, expect a longer fight and a tankier health bar than the standard spawn — same weakness, more HP.

There’s no single official “recommended catch level” published for Solenne, so treat it as a ~Lv 75-80 target and out-level the spawn rather than trading blows evenly.

How to breed Solenne

Good news if you’d rather not climb to the World Tree every time: Solenne is breedable. It hatches from a Large Dark Egg and has a breeding rank (CombiRank 280), which means several cross-species pairs converge on it — it is not catch-only and not same-species-only.

Breeding network diagram for Palworld 1.0 Solenne showing which parent pairs hatch one. Green game8-confirmed pairs include Dupin plus Shaolong, Dupin plus Panthalus, Dupin plus Aegidron, Dandilord plus Faleris, Faleris plus Bastigor, Blazamut Ryu plus Faleris Aqua, and Flaracle plus Jormuntide Ignis; Solenne plus Solenne always yields Solenne; two grey dashed community-reported pairs (Astegon plus Jetragon, Anubis plus Jetragon) are marked unverified. Arrows point from each pair to Solenne.

DupinPanthalus
DupinAegidron
DandilordFaleris
FalerisBastigor
Blazamut RyuFaleris Aqua
FlaracleJormuntide Ignis

And the self-sustaining one: Solenne + Solenne always yields Solenne, so once you own a decent pair you can breed for passives without hunting the World Tree again.

Two more pairs — Astegon + Jetragon and Anubis + Jetragon — float around community lists as “easy endgame combos,” but they appear on only one lower-authority source and conflict with game8’s data, so we’ve marked them community-reported, not confirmed on the chart. If you have those Pals anyway, try them; just don’t count on them. For any pairing not listed here, plug your box into our Palworld breeding calculator — it’ll surface every combo that lands on Solenne.

One thing we deliberately don’t chart: what Solenne breeds into as a parent. No source publishes a fixed output recipe for that, and it just follows the standard breeding-rank formula based on whatever you pair it with — so inventing a diagram there would be guesswork.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Solenne in Palworld?

Only in the World Tree region, which you unlock after the Panthalus quest — it does not spawn on the base Palpagos map. Its exact coordinates aren’t datamined, so navigate by landmark: from a World Tree fast-travel node, head to Lacrymal Shoal and follow the river downstream to the west. It appears both day and night at Level 76-78.

What element is Solenne?

Dark/Neutral (Paldeck #182). Because of that typing it’s weak to Dragon, so Dragon attackers are the fast way to bring it down for a catch.

Can you breed Solenne?

Yes. It hatches from a Large Dark Egg and has breeding rank 280. Confirmed pairs include Dupin × Shaolong, Dupin × Panthalus, Dandilord × Faleris and Flaracle × Jormuntide Ignis, and Solenne × Solenne always yields Solenne. Some sites list Astegon × Jetragon or Anubis × Jetragon, but those are single-source and unverified.

Is Solenne a legendary or a boss?

No — it’s a standard catchable field Pal with the usual Alpha and Boss overworld variants, not a tower boss, raid boss, or legendary/unique.

What level is Solenne?

Wild Solenne spawns around Level 76-78, so it’s an endgame catch. Come over-levelled, use a Dragon attacker, and bring Hyper/Ultra/Legendary spheres.

The bottom line

Solenne is a clean endgame catch once you know two things: it lives only in the World Tree (reach it via Lacrymal Shoal and the western river — there’s no coordinate to memorise), and it’s Dark/Neutral, so Dragon wrecks it. Catch one the hard way, then let the breeding farm do the rest — a Large Dark Egg and pairs like Dupin × Shaolong keep the supply going without another climb.

How we verified this
Palworld 1.0 launched 10 July 2026; this guide was verified 15 July 2026 against paldb.cc (datamine), game8’s 1.0 Solenne page, palworldzone.com and sportskeeda’s World Tree round-up. Solenne is a real 1.0 Pal — Paldeck #182, internal codename “MonochromeQueen”, Rarity 7, size M, dual Dark (primary) / Neutral (secondary); “Neutral” and “Normal” are the same element in Palworld. It’s a standard catchable FIELD Pal with the usual Alpha and Boss overworld variants — not a tower boss, raid boss, or legendary (this is what separates it from World Tree boss-exclusives). Wild spawns are World-Tree-exclusive: paldb shows region-level counts (~47 daytime / ~47 nighttime) and zero for the Palpagos base map, so it appears day AND night — we do not call it nocturnal, an older datamine reading the current spawn table contradicts. Crucially, no exact overworld (X,Y) coordinates are datamined (the “worldtree_9_13_M” cell is an internal region tag, not a pin; community maps show 0 pins), so the route chart is a LANDMARK schematic only — Lacrymal Shoal, then downstream along the western river — and prints no coordinates. Level is ~76-78. Weakness is Dragon (it’s Dark/Neutral). Breeding: Solenne hatches from a Large Dark Egg with CombiRank 280; the confirmed parent pairs (Dupin × Shaolong, Dupin × Panthalus, Dupin × Aegidron, Dandilord × Faleris, Faleris × Bastigor, Blazamut Ryu × Faleris Aqua, Flaracle × Jormuntide Ignis) are corroborated by game8, and Solenne × Solenne always yields Solenne. Two further pairs — Astegon × Jetragon and Anubis × Jetragon — appear on only one lower-authority source and conflict with game8, so they’re shown as “community-reported”, not confirmed. The chart is one-directional (parents → Solenne); we do not chart what Solenne breeds INTO, because no fixed output recipe is published. Reaching the World Tree requires finishing the Panthalus quest chain first. Correct as of 15 July 2026; a patch can move any of these.
