The season premiered on 2 June 2026 and crowned its winners on 12 July. The reunion arrives on 31 August. Set against a season that ran six weeks, a seven-week gap between the last episode and the debrief is the unusual part of this cycle.

We have not found an explanation from the producers for the gap, and we are not going to invent one. It is simply a longer runway than this show has usually left between the finale and the reunion.

Where can you watch the Love Island USA Season 8 reunion?

Peacock, in the United States, and that is the only confirmed home for it.

The reunion is a Peacock exclusive, in the same place the season streamed. There is no linear US broadcast to catch it on, and no separate purchase — it sits inside a Peacock subscription like the rest of Season 8.

Everywhere else is a different question, and the honest answer has two halves.

The last three rows come from streaming guides rather than from the services themselves. We did not open Crave, Stan or TVNZ+, so they are marked as reported rather than checked. That is a smaller claim than most articles on this search make, and it is the one we can stand behind.

Can you watch Love Island USA Season 8 in the UK?

Yes, all of it, free, and you have been able to since 26 July.

This is worth stating clearly because the guidance floating around is wrong. Several streaming guides have said Season 8 would not reach the UK until Love Island UK finished, with November floated as the likely month. ITVX’s own catalogue says otherwise: Series 8 has been listed with 35 available episodes since 26 July 2026, on the free tier, no subscription required beyond a free ITVX account.

What is not there is the reunion. The Series 8 listing holds 35 episodes, which is the season’s main run and nothing else — consistent with a special that has not aired anywhere yet. ITVX does carry a Love Island USA reunion from an earlier series, so there is precedent, but a precedent is not a listing and we are not going to promise you a UK date that nobody has announced.

Who is hosting the reunion, and who will be there?

Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen, together, for the second year running.

Madix has fronted the villa all season and Cohen joins her on the reunion stage, as he did for the Season 7 reunion. Iain Stirling narrated the season itself, as he does the UK version.

Peacock’s announcement says the reunion will bring back the season’s winners, the fan-favourite couples and the bombshells, and that it will cover relationship updates, unseen villa moments, behind-the-scenes material from Fiji and the season’s bigger controversies. A full guest list has not been published, so anyone telling you exactly which islanders are confirmed is going beyond what has been announced.

What happened in Season 8 before the reunion?

The season ran 35 episodes from Fiji, and the reunion is the 36th and final piece of it. If you want the cast as they stood mid-season, we tracked the couples and their Instagram accounts while the villa was still full, and the whole cast’s ages and star signs at the start of the run.

What we still do not know

Who is actually turning up, how long it runs, and when anyone outside the US gets it.

There is no published guest list, so which islanders actually walk out on the night is unannounced. Reunions of this show have a habit of being defined by who is missing, and that is not something you can look up three weeks out.

There is no announced UK date for the reunion episode, and no announced date for Canada, Australia or New Zealand either. What we can tell you is that ITVX got the main season two weeks after the US finale, which is a more useful reference point than any prediction we could make.

And there is no runtime. Season 8’s reunion is listed as one special rather than a two-parter, but Peacock has not said how long it runs.
